The Role:

We're looking for a passionate and driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, full commission environment and is eager to introduce cutting-edge Conversational AI solutions and lead generation services to a spanerse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs and business goals.
• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers, focusing on the benefits of our Conversational AI solutions and lead generation capabilities.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Collaborate with the product and tech teams to align on customer needs and feedback, ensuring our solutions continue to exceed market expectations.
• Participate in industry conferences, networking events, and other marketing activities to promote our products and services.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience, ideally in the tech or AI industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, with the ability to communicate effectively and persuade decision-makers.
• Familiarity with Conversational AI technology and its application in business contexts is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the knack for building rapport with clients and team members.
• Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
